Verify the broader biography

Organize education, employment, family circumstances and treatment information accurately with supporting records. Keep dates consistent across the biography and professional chronology. Counsel reviews sensitive legal questions; SAG can help identify factual gaps before the official process.

Explain international work plainly

Describe actual responsibilities, entities and relevant periods without assuming the reviewer understands the business. Define necessary terms and identify sources. Legal arguments, accounting opinions and technical conclusions belong with the appropriate professionals.

Organize financial disclosure sources

Prepare the requested income, assets, liabilities and expense records within counsel’s scope. Keep currencies, restrictions and uncertain valuations visible. Do not omit difficult information because collection is inconvenient. Counsel determines disclosure requirements and legal treatment.

Coordinate the preparation schedule

Confirm interview arrangements and priorities with counsel. Probation prepares the official presentence report. SAG’s assignment can include source organization and interview readiness but cannot control the report or guarantee how probation or the court will assess it.

Official sources and professional scope

Consult the DOJ and SEC FCPA Resource Guide for legal background and DOJ’s FCPA enforcement guidance with counsel. The resource guide’s second edition dates to 2020 and does not by itself establish current policy. Sources checked November 6, 2026; counsel evaluates current authorities and the individual facts.

SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, foreign-law adviser or forensic accounting provider. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.

Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
