Private Case Review Privacy Notice
Effective September 21, 2026. Sentencing Advocacy Group is the public-facing DBA of JN Advisor LLC. Joseph De Gregorio is responsible for responding to inquiries and administering the retention review described below.
What to share
The initial form collects your preferred name, email address, current stage, any optional callback number and response preference, and permission to respond. Please use your own contact details. Do not send case documents, detailed allegations, case numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information or financial records through this form. Agree on an appropriate process with Joseph before sending sensitive records.
How inquiry information is used and stored
We use the information to respond, understand the preparation you are seeking and consider a possible engagement. Submission does not retain SAG or create an attorney-client relationship. SAG is not a law firm.
Squarespace stores form submissions and contact details. Submission notifications are sent to Joseph’s SAG Google Workspace mailbox. The form does not enroll you in marketing. Google reCAPTCHA provides spam protection; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service. Squarespace and Google process information needed to provide their services.
Access and retention
Joseph handles inquiries. Authorized website administrators may have technical access to submissions while maintaining the site; that access does not authorize them to contact prospects or handle inquiries. We do not promise absolute confidentiality or security for an initial website inquiry.
Joseph reviews unretained inquiries 90 days after the last substantive contact to determine whether they should be deleted or retained for a documented reason. This is a review policy, not automatic deletion. Copies may exist in Squarespace and notification emails. Records for retained engagements are managed through the agreed client-record process.
Website measurement and your choices
The website uses Squarespace services, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website use, contact-link activity and accepted inquiry submissions. Google tags may use cookies and device information to measure advertising results. A contact-link click does not establish that an inquiry or call was received. SAG’s inquiry conversion event is sent only after the form accepts a submission; it does not include your name, email address, phone number, selected stage or other form details. Advertising personalization signals and enhanced conversions are not enabled for this measurement.
