Verify the personal history

Organize employment, education, family circumstances and treatment information with supporting records. Keep dates consistent. Counsel reviews sensitive legal questions. SAG can help identify factual gaps and prepare a clear personal chronology before the official interview process.

Explain the claim role plainly

Describe actual duties and actions without relying on industry shorthand. Identify supporting records and distinguish personal knowledge from later information. Legal arguments and expert conclusions belong with the appropriate professionals, not an unsupported personal summary.

Prepare financial disclosure records

Organize the income, assets, liabilities and expenses requested within counsel’s scope. Identify restrictions and uncertain figures rather than omitting them. Keep claim amounts, payments and proposed obligations distinct. Counsel evaluates disclosure requirements and applicable legal treatment.

Plan the review schedule

Confirm interview arrangements and priorities with counsel. Probation prepares the official presentence report; SAG does not control it. Allow time for verification and questions. The preparation file should support accurate communication without promising how probation or the court will assess the person.

Does SAG write the official PSR?

No. Probation prepares the official report. SAG helps organize the underlying personal record and interview preparation alongside counsel.

Sources and professional scope

Official background: FBI: Investigating Insurance Fraud and NAIC: Insurance Fraud. Sources checked November 6, 2026. These sources provide general context; counsel evaluates the actual jurisdiction, charge and applicable law. No historical statistics are used to predict an individual outcome.

A defined SAG assignment can include a personal chronology, indexed records, factual questions and preparation calendar. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, insurance adjuster, valuation provider or forensic accounting service. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.

Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No sentence, placement, release date or financial result is guaranteed.
