Keep scale and individual responsibility separate
A large enterprise total can dominate the description of a case. Build a parallel account of your actual employment dates, decision authority, clinical or administrative duties and access to information. This is not a claim that you are responsible for less than another person. It is a factual structure counsel can evaluate against the allegations and governing law.
Create an entity-period matrix
List each entity and location against the relevant periods. Identify your position and supporting records in each cell. Flag periods before you joined, after you left or when responsibilities changed. Do not leave a blank cell looking like a factual conclusion; mark unknown information and the source needed to resolve it.
Make the financial review navigable
Large datasets need a source index, version control and an explanation of what each schedule measures. Keep billed amounts, receipts, recoveries and proposed obligations distinct. Ask qualified professionals to evaluate methodology. SAG can help organize the personal and professional record but does not replace financial or clinical experts.
Document the person beyond the total
Prepare verified personal history, family responsibilities, health information where relevant, employment and completed corrective work. Do not bury accountability under professional achievements or character praise. Identify what changed, when it changed, who observed it and which records support it. The court determines the weight of the evidence.
Plan around the actual deadline
Break the preparation into a record inventory, chronology, interview agenda and review-ready handoff. If sentencing is approaching, distinguish materials already verified from items still being collected. Counsel sets legal priorities. No dollar threshold or preparation package predicts the sentence in an individual case.

Does a multi-million-dollar allegation determine the sentence?
A headline amount is not a complete sentencing analysis. Counsel must assess the applicable law, findings and individual circumstances. Preparation supports factual review; it does not predict the outcome.
