Identify each account and reporting period

Record the platform, account holder, period of use and available export types. Keep business and personal accounts distinct. A current dashboard balance is not a complete historical record. Note missing periods, closed accounts and changes in account structure without assuming that one export covers everything.

Preserve export settings

For authorized exports, record the date, time zone, selected filters, fields and person who obtained the file. Keep an untouched source copy. A transaction history, trade history and deposit-withdrawal report can describe different events. Do not merge them without retaining definitions and source references.

Keep reversals, fees and internal transfers visible

Identify how the platform records canceled orders, fees, internal transfers and corrections. An entry that looks duplicated may represent a different stage of the same event. Flag uncertain relationships for technical review rather than deleting rows to simplify a total. Preserve the original ordering and identifiers.

Connect the export to the individual account

A technical file should support, not replace, the person’s chronology. Identify which actions you personally took and what contemporaneous records support that statement. SAG can organize the index and questions for counsel; qualified specialists evaluate technical interpretation, tracing and financial calculations.

Is a screenshot of my balance enough?

It does not usually provide the full history or export context. Preserve available source records and ask counsel what collection is needed.
