Identify the role and relevant periods
Record the business entity, duties, appointments and changes shown by the source documents. Preserve relevant agreements. Counsel evaluates licensing and legal questions. SAG can organize the professional chronology without claiming that a title establishes every duty or action.
Connect receipts to remittances
Keep premium receipts, account statements, remittance records and policy documents distinct. Identify dates, amounts and sources. A payment received and a payment transmitted are separate events. Qualified reviewers reconcile the financial record and evaluate any discrepancy.
Preserve client communications in context
Organize applications, notices and material messages with attachments and dates. Distinguish information supplied by a client from information you added or verified. Do not assume that the final document reveals how every statement originated.
Prepare the individual and practical record
Document actual duties, instructions and changes in authority, followed by verified personal history where appropriate. Counsel controls legal responses and submissions. SAG’s support can include a source-indexed chronology and preparation calendar; it does not provide insurance-regulatory advice.

Can SAG advise on insurance licensing consequences?
No. Qualified counsel and appropriate licensing professionals should evaluate those questions.
Sources and professional scope
Official background: FBI: Investigating Insurance Fraud and NAIC: Insurance Fraud. Sources checked November 6, 2026. These sources provide general context; counsel evaluates the actual jurisdiction, charge and applicable law. No historical statistics are used to predict an individual outcome.
A defined SAG assignment can include a personal chronology, indexed records, factual questions and preparation calendar. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, insurance adjuster, valuation provider or forensic accounting service. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No sentence, placement, release date or financial result is guaranteed.
For counsel: Discuss Support for Your Client. Begin with the role, stage and deadline; do not send account credentials or privileged advice through the inquiry form.
