Identify the relevant institutions and entities
Record the legal entity shown in each statement or agreement, not only a familiar brand name. Preserve account periods and the source of the information. Counsel assesses jurisdiction and legal obligations. A preparation inventory should identify available records without assuming that one country’s process governs every source.
Preserve original currencies and timestamps
Keep original amounts and time references alongside any working conversion. Identify the conversion source and method. An event near a date boundary may appear on different days across systems. Do not overwrite the source record to simplify the chronology or conceal uncertainty in a converted total.
Identify language and access limitations
Record untranslated material, unavailable statements and restrictions on lawful access. Counsel may need qualified translation or local legal assistance. A rough translation should not become an unattributed definitive account of a legal or financial document. Keep the limits visible for reviewers.
Coordinate a focused review agenda
List the questions that require legal, financial or technical expertise. SAG can organize the personal and professional chronology and source index, but does not advise on foreign law or manage international legal requests. The scope should remain clear before sensitive records are shared across teams.
Continue your preparation
Should all source dates be replaced with U.S. dates?
Preserve the original timestamps. Label any working conversion and retain its method for review.
Sources and a defined preparation assignment
Official context: U.S. Code: 18 U.S.C. § 1956. Sources checked November 6, 2026. Counsel evaluates the law and the manual applicable to the individual facts and dates. These preparation steps do not determine criminal liability or a sentencing calculation.
Work directly with Joseph to define deliverables, authorized recipients and review dates. An assignment may include a personal and professional chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical preparation calendar. SAG is not a law firm or forensic accounting provider. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, placement or release date is guaranteed.
