Define the product and period
Identify the platform, agreement, asset and relevant dates. Preserve the terms and communications actually available at the time. Similar product names may describe different arrangements, and later terms may differ from earlier ones. Counsel evaluates the applicable legal questions; the preparation file should preserve those differences.
Separate promised returns from recorded activity
Keep advertised rates, account credits, actual receipts and withdrawals in distinct fields. A dashboard entry may not explain the source or availability of funds. Do not treat every displayed amount as a completed payment or realized return without supporting records. Qualified technical and financial review may be needed.
Preserve fees, restrictions and changes
Record applicable fees, lockups, access restrictions and changes shown in the source material. Keep the dates and versions traceable. If statements conflict with account activity, list the discrepancy for counsel rather than silently choosing one account. Avoid reconstructing missing source documents.
Connect the product history to the individual
Identify whether you developed, marketed, operated or used the arrangement, and what you actually knew at each stage. SAG can organize the personal and professional chronology around the records. It does not classify products under securities or other laws or provide investment or technical opinions.
Continue your preparation
Is a platform credit the same as a completed withdrawal?
Not necessarily. Preserve the records showing each stage and have qualified reviewers evaluate what they establish.
Sources and a defined preparation assignment

Work directly with Joseph to define the scope, authorized recipients and review dates. Agreed deliverables can include a personal and professional chronology, indexed supporting records, factual questions for counsel and a practical preparation schedule. SAG does not manage legal responses or provide forensic tracing or valuation opinions. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
SAG serves clients nationwide from New Jersey, with travel arranged for cases. SAG is not a law firm. No charging decision, sentence, placement or release date is guaranteed.
