Define the actual assignment
Identify the entity, team, dates, mandate and relevant limits shown in records. Distinguish a formal job description from actual work. Preserve changes in authority and instructions. Counsel evaluates the legal significance; SAG’s preparation chronology should establish what the person actually did and knew.
Separate orders, execution and settlement
Different source reports may describe different stages of activity. Keep their definitions and identifiers available. Do not combine order counts and completed transactions as if they measure the same thing. Technical and financial specialists should evaluate complex relationships and reconcile the data.
Identify approvals and information sources
Record which decisions you made, which instructions you received and what information was available at the time. Keep relevant communications and note later discoveries separately. Do not attribute another participant’s knowledge to yourself or vice versa without a factual basis.
Prepare the broader individual record
Professional history, family responsibilities and practical plans may be important as the matter progresses. SAG can organize the chronology, source index and preparation schedule alongside counsel. It does not provide trading, market-manipulation or securities-law opinions, and no preparation file guarantees an outcome.

Does platform-wide trading volume describe my personal role?
No. Identify your actual duties, actions and knowledge separately, with records that counsel can evaluate.
Sources and a defined preparation assignment
Official context: Department of Justice: Justice 101. Sources checked November 6, 2026. Tax recordkeeping guidance does not determine criminal liability or sentencing loss. Counsel evaluates the applicable law, dates and individual facts.
Work directly with Joseph to define the scope, authorized recipients and review dates. Agreed deliverables can include a personal and professional chronology, indexed supporting records, factual questions for counsel and a practical preparation schedule. SAG does not manage legal responses or provide forensic tracing or valuation opinions. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
SAG serves clients nationwide from New Jersey, with travel arranged for cases. SAG is not a law firm. No charging decision, sentence, placement or release date is guaranteed.
