Separate facts from estimates
Maintain a calendar of confirmed hearings, interviews and other obligations. Identify the source of each date. Do not plan around an assumed sentence or release date as though it were established.
Map practical responsibilities
Document ordinary caregiving, housing, transportation and income needs. Identify available support and gaps. Family coordination should use only necessary information rather than circulate sensitive case material broadly.
Keep financial decisions with advisers
Asset transfers, borrowing, employment and payment commitments may raise legal or financial questions. Preserve relevant orders and ask qualified advisers before acting. SAG’s practical preparation does not authorize transactions.
Update with the actual stage
Investigation, sentencing and surrender require different priorities. SAG can help organize the agreed calendar and responsibilities nationwide. A practical plan supports readiness but cannot determine institutional decisions or guarantee a particular outcome.

Sources and professional scope
Official starting points: United States Sentencing Commission economic-offense guidelines. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.
SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
For counsel: Discuss Support for Your Client. Begin with the role, stage and deadline, not privileged advice or credentials, in the inquiry form.
