Break the total into reviewable questions
A large figure can conceal different transactions, participants and periods. Identify the source calculation and counsel’s unresolved questions. Maintain underlying schedules and recovery records. Do not assume that the headline total supplies the complete sentencing analysis or that a sentence from another case predicts your own.
Make individual responsibility precise
Prepare a dated account of actual duties, decisions and knowledge. Identify changes in authority and supporting records. Broad descriptions of organizational conduct should not replace the person’s own chronology. Counsel evaluates how the facts relate to applicable law and any admitted conduct.
Document sustained preparation
Organize treatment, employment, education, service and corrective work where relevant, with dates and evidence. Separate completed activity from intentions. Character support should describe firsthand knowledge rather than repeat unsupported claims. SAG can help make the material coherent and source-backed without promising how it will be weighed.
Prioritize the next decision
Build a calendar around confirmed interview, report and hearing dates. Assign ownership for missing financial records, personal-history verification and practical arrangements. A clear schedule helps counsel review material before deadlines. It should remain flexible when the court or legal team changes the sequence.

Can a preparation package guarantee a particular sentence?
No. The court determines the sentence. Preparation should support accuracy, credibility and informed review of the individual record.
Sources and a defined preparation assignment

Agreed deliverables can include a personal and professional chronology, indexed supporting records, factual questions for counsel and a practical preparation schedule. SAG does not manage legal responses or provide forensic accounting. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
