Define authority with dates and sources
Record actual responsibilities, approval limits and changes in leadership roles. Distinguish formal governance documents from daily practice. A senior title should not replace a factual account of decisions and information. Preserve records that show both authority and its limits without overstating either.
Document delegation without assuming its effect
Identify delegated tasks, instructions and reporting arrangements. Preserve what records show about oversight and information received. Delegation does not by itself resolve legal responsibility. Counsel evaluates its significance; SAG can organize the source-backed chronology and questions for review.
Keep business explanations consistent
A leadership narrative should match the actual entity structure, financial records and established facts. Avoid broad claims that no one checked against contemporaneous documents. Identify gaps and conflicting information openly for counsel. An accurate account is more credible than a polished statement that cannot be inspected.
Document corrective work concretely
Where appropriate to the stage, distinguish completed actions from intentions. Record dates, scope and evidence of work without implying that later steps erase earlier conduct. Counsel reviews how accountability and corrective activity fit the matter. SAG can organize the record and preparation schedule without promising a sentence reduction.

Does delegating a task resolve responsibility?
Not automatically. Preserve the actual delegation, oversight and information records for counsel’s legal assessment.
Sources and a defined preparation assignment
Official context: U.S. Code: 18 U.S.C. § 1956. Sources checked November 6, 2026. Counsel evaluates the law and the manual applicable to the individual facts and dates. These preparation steps do not determine criminal liability or a sentencing calculation.
Work directly with Joseph to define deliverables, authorized recipients and review dates. An assignment may include a personal and professional chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical preparation calendar. SAG is not a law firm or forensic accounting provider. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, placement or release date is guaranteed.
