Use confirmed dates

Keep a calendar based on counsel’s verified deadlines and arrangements. Separate estimates from orders. Share only the information needed for practical coordination rather than circulating privileged advice among relatives or coworkers.

Identify ordinary responsibilities

Document caregiving, household finances and employment obligations. Identify available help and gaps. A practical plan should describe real resources, not assume that future work or support will be available.

Check restrictions before commitments

Travel, employment, asset transactions and contact questions may require legal review. Preserve relevant orders and ask counsel about restrictions. SAG does not authorize actions or advise on business licensing, debarment or contractual rights.

Update the plan with the stage

Investigation, sentencing and surrender create different tasks. SAG can help organize the agreed preparation calendar and family responsibilities nationwide. A plan supports readiness but cannot guarantee placement, release timing or the duration of a case.

Sources and professional scope

Official starting points: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force and DOJ procurement-collusion indicators. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.

SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.

Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
