Make the work understandable
Describe the person’s actual duties and relevant contracts in plain language. Define essential terms and periods. A reviewer should be able to follow the professional history without being asked to accept a technical or legal conclusion from a personal narrative.
Verify personal history
Organize employment, education, family circumstances, health and treatment information accurately. Identify supporting records and gaps. Dates should agree across the biography and contract chronology; counsel reviews sensitive legal questions.
Prepare financial sources
Keep requested income, assets, liabilities and expense records separate from disputed case calculations. Preserve uncertainty and governing restrictions. Counsel determines disclosure requirements and the treatment of contested amounts.
Coordinate the interview and review
Confirm arrangements and priorities with counsel. Probation writes the official presentence report. SAG can assist with source organization and interview readiness, while counsel handles legal advice, objections and submissions. No report content or sentencing result is guaranteed.

Sources and professional scope
Official starting points: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force and DOJ procurement-collusion indicators. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.
SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
For counsel: Discuss Support for Your Client. Begin with the role, stage and deadline, not privileged advice or credentials, in the inquiry form.
