Map the platform relationships
Identify the platform, contracting entities, staffing companies, laboratories, pharmacies and other participants relevant to your work. Record which relationship you actually had with each. A platform brand may differ from the legal entity on a contract or payment. Keep those identities distinct so reviewers can follow the chronology.
Document access and workflow
Describe how assignments arrived, which systems you could access and what steps you personally performed. Identify available records showing logins, review, orders, communications and changes in workflow. Do not assume that a system entry proves a clinical interaction occurred in a particular way. Preserve uncertainties for qualified review.
Separate volume from individual activity
A platform-wide count should not replace a dated account of your own work. Identify the source and period of any volume figures, whether they represent assignments, completed reviews, orders or payments. Avoid combining incompatible metrics. Counsel and experts evaluate the significance of those records.
Organize compensation and instructions
Keep contracts, payment statements, training materials and documented instructions by period. Note changes in compensation or responsibilities and identify the source for each. Do not edit historical materials to match current practice. If you disagree with an account, identify the contemporaneous record that counsel can examine.
Prepare a responsible personal account
SAG can help organize your career history, actual responsibilities, documented corrective work and practical preparation. Clinical standards and legal liability require qualified review. Do not upload patient information or platform credentials through the private case-review form. Start with your role, stage and deadline.

Can platform-wide figures describe my individual role?
They may provide context, but your preparation should separately identify your own dates, duties and source records. Counsel determines the legal significance.
Sources and professional scope
Official context: HHS OIG’s overview of healthcare fraud and abuse authorities. Its overview is educational and includes historical penalty figures; consult current authorities with counsel. U.S. Sentencing Commission guidelines resources support counsel’s sentencing review. Sources checked November 6, 2026.
