Build the project chronology

Identify formation, fundraising, launches, changes in operations and relevant departures with dates and sources. Distinguish a plan from implementation. A project roadmap or public announcement may describe aspirations rather than completed work. Counsel should evaluate the significance of statements and the governing legal questions.

Preserve communication versions

Keep presentations, website copies, updates and other relevant materials with their dates and distribution context. Record who prepared, reviewed and approved them where the evidence supports those distinctions. Do not substitute a corrected document for the version actually used at the time.

Map control and delegation

Identify actual decision-making responsibilities, approvals and delegated work. Preserve governance records and communications rather than relying on founder status alone. A formal structure may not explain every operational action. Counsel and qualified specialists evaluate the facts, including unresolved questions about access or attribution.

Connect the business account to the person

SAG can organize professional history, individual conduct, personal circumstances and practical plans. The Silicon Valley hub provides a regional service pathway for clients there, with national support and travel when needed. The preparation record should remain candid and specific rather than becoming a promotional history of the project.

Continue your preparation

Does a roadmap establish that promised work was completed?

No. Preserve the roadmap and separate evidence of actual implementation, changes and communications.

Sources and a defined preparation assignment

Official context: Department of Justice: Justice 101. Sources checked November 6, 2026. Tax recordkeeping guidance does not determine criminal liability or sentencing loss. Counsel evaluates the applicable law, dates and individual facts.

Work directly with Joseph to define the scope, authorized recipients and review dates. Agreed deliverables can include a personal and professional chronology, indexed supporting records, factual questions for counsel and a practical preparation schedule. SAG does not manage legal responses or provide forensic tracing or valuation opinions. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.

SAG serves clients nationwide from New Jersey, with travel arranged for cases. SAG is not a law firm. No charging decision, sentence, placement or release date is guaranteed.
