For example, enter −2 to compare a two-level decrease. This does not mean any reduction applies. Do not subtract adjustments already included in your total.

The range is one part of sentencing.

The table does not resolve statutory minimums or maximums, consecutive counts, grouping, career-offender rules, departures or variances. Manual selection and legal adjustments require counsel’s review. A judge considers the applicable sentencing factors and the individual record.
