Describe actual work
Identify tasks you performed, approvals you gave and information you received. Include dates, sources and changes in responsibilities. A broad title such as executive or employee is not enough to explain the work. Do not claim responsibility for events you cannot verify, and do not use a limited title to omit actions you actually took.
Map authority and access separately
Formal authority, technical access and actual decisions can differ. Preserve records showing each where available. A shared system may require technical review before attributing an entry to a person. Counsel evaluates the legal significance; the chronology should make the factual distinction visible.
Record knowledge over time
Separate what you knew then from later discoveries. Identify the communication or event that changed your understanding. If your account depends on recollection, label it clearly and look for corroborating material. Avoid confident statements about other people’s knowledge unless you can identify the basis.
Connect the chronology to preparation
SAG can organize the personal and professional record, supporting index and questions for counsel. If sentencing becomes relevant, the work can connect to documented accountability, treatment, character support and practical plans. It should remain candid and specific rather than becoming a collection of generalized praise or unsupported blame.

Can job titles substitute for a factual chronology?
No. Explain actual duties, decisions, access and knowledge with dates and sources. Counsel evaluates their significance.
Sources and a defined preparation assignment
Official context: U.S. Sentencing Commission: 2026 Guidelines Manual. Sources checked November 6, 2026. Counsel evaluates the applicable law, dates and individual facts.
Work directly with Joseph to define the scope, authorized recipients and review dates. Agreed deliverables can include a personal and professional chronology, indexed supporting records, factual questions for counsel and a practical preparation schedule. SAG does not manage legal responses or provide forensic accounting. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
SAG serves clients nationwide from New Jersey, with travel arranged for cases. SAG is not a law firm. No charging decision, sentence, placement or release date is guaranteed.
