Map permissions over time

Preserve authorized role records, delegations and changes in access as counsel directs. A current permission list may not establish historical access. Identify dates and source limitations rather than assuming unchanged authority.

Separate capability from use

Access can show that an action was possible without proving who performed it. Keep login records, approvals and transaction evidence distinct. Technical specialists may be necessary to interpret shared systems or incomplete logs.

Identify approval boundaries

Document stated limits, review requirements and exceptions. Preserve actual instructions and decisions. Counsel evaluates the legal effect; a preparation summary should not treat informal practice as an established legal authorization.

Record unresolved attribution questions

Flag shared credentials, delegated tasks and missing periods without guessing. SAG can organize questions and source references but does not provide digital-forensic attribution or decide responsibility for a transaction.

Sources and professional scope

Official starting points: United States Sentencing Commission economic-offense guidelines. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.

SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.

Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
