Use stable identifiers
Record dates, amounts, accounts and transaction references as the source shows them. Distinguish posting dates from transaction dates. Preserve original statements and exports rather than relying only on a manually reconstructed schedule.
Separate transaction stages
A request, approval, transfer and ledger entry may occur at different times. Link records only where evidence supports the connection. Identify reversals and corrections without silently overwriting the original entry.
Label uncertainty
An unexplained payment is a question, not a completed legal conclusion. Identify missing sources, inconsistent descriptions and limits in the available record. Qualified financial professionals should reconcile complex data.
Connect actual individual conduct
Describe the person’s documented role in each material event. Counsel determines relevance and legal treatment. SAG can organize the chronology and review questions without certifying tracing or deciding ownership of funds.

Sources and professional scope
Official starting points: United States Sentencing Commission economic-offense guidelines. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.
SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
