Separate allegation from established fact

Preserve the actual allegations and identify which bids and periods they address. DOJ’s Procurement Collusion Strike Force addresses antitrust crimes and related procurement schemes. Counsel determines the law and individual exposure; this preparation guide does not diagnose an agreement from a pricing pattern.

Build an event-level chronology

Record proposal preparation, competitor contacts, submissions, withdrawals and awards with sources. Identify who participated and what information was available at the time. Preserve distinctions between direct observation, a document and later recollection.

Keep communications complete

Retain lawful copies of messages with context and attachments as counsel directs. Do not coordinate explanations with other bidders or delete messages. A selected quotation should not replace the full available exchange or become an unsupported account of intent.

Define specialist questions

Competition analysis, cooperation decisions and responses to investigators belong with qualified counsel. SAG can organize the personal history and factual source index within a defined engagement. Any later sentencing preparation should reflect the actual procedural posture and established record.

Sources and professional scope

Official starting points: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force and DOJ procurement-collusion indicators. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.

SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.

Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
