Retain context and attachments
Identify participants, dates, platform and the full available exchange. An isolated screenshot may omit a correction or attachment. Counsel should direct preservation and lawful collection; do not access another person’s account to fill gaps.
Separate instruction from completion
A request, approval and completed action are different events. Link them only when source evidence supports the relationship. Preserve inconsistent dates or descriptions as questions rather than rewriting the sequence to appear certain.
Attribute interpretation
Keep original language distinct from a later explanation or recollection. Abbreviations and technical terms may require clarification by the appropriate person. Counsel decides legal significance; SAG organizes factual references rather than assigning intent to a message.
Avoid coordinated accounts
Do not approach other participants to align descriptions of events. Direct questions about contact and responses to counsel. The preparation product should identify uncertainty and sources, not manufacture agreement where the record is incomplete.

Sources and professional scope
Official starting points: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force and DOJ procurement-collusion indicators. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.
SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
