Start with the governing versions

Preserve the solicitation, amendments, proposal versions, award and relevant attachments. Identify dates and document status. A draft or later amendment should not silently replace the terms governing an earlier event.

Track changes explicitly

Record change requests, approvals, modifications and effective dates separately. Identify whether a change was proposed, authorized or performed. Do not assume a conversation modified a written obligation; counsel assesses the governing contract and communications.

Connect events without forcing them

Link delivery, acceptance, invoices and payment where the source record supports a relationship. Preserve discrepancies and missing dates. A chronology can identify questions without deciding that every late document is evidence of the same problem.

Show the individual’s involvement

For each material event, state the person’s documented role and source. Distinguish contemporaneous knowledge from information learned later. SAG can organize this sequence and the review calendar while counsel and technical specialists evaluate meaning.

Sources and professional scope

Official starting points: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force and DOJ procurement-collusion indicators. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.

SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.

Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
