Define the leadership role
Identify entities, projects, reporting lines and periods. Distinguish formal governance from operational decisions. A senior title can cover changing duties; support significant statements with records rather than assuming complete involvement or complete distance.
Document information and delegation
Keep reporting arrangements, instructions, reviews and escalations where relevant. State what information reached the person and when. Delegation is part of the factual history, not a standalone legal answer about responsibility.
Verify broader claims
Claims about company culture, compliance and corrective steps need concrete support. Separate an adopted policy from actual implementation and personal conduct from organization-wide announcements. Counsel reviews how the account fits the established record.
Coordinate personal preparation
SAG can organize employment, family circumstances, character support and practical planning within the agreed assignment. Counsel controls legal positions and submissions. The goal is a credible, consistent record, without promises based on status or professional achievements.

Sources and professional scope
Official starting points: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force and DOJ procurement-collusion indicators. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.
SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.
Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
