Name each measure

A contract ceiling, amount invoiced, payment received and claimed loss describe different things. Record the source, period and preparer for each figure. Counsel determines the applicable legal calculation; the preparation file should not collapse the measures into one total.

Preserve calculation versions

Retain schedules, assumptions, inputs and revisions. Identify duplicates, credits, offsets or disputed items without silently changing the source. Financial specialists assess reconciliation and valuation questions within the legal framework counsel supplies.

Connect performance evidence

Index relevant delivery and acceptance records alongside financial schedules. Do not assume the treatment of services, costs or repayments. Counsel and qualified experts determine what matters under the governing law and actual facts.

Prepare review questions early

Flag missing periods and unresolved assumptions before confirmed deadlines. SAG can organize the source file and question list. A documented review process is useful; it does not guarantee a reduced amount, sentence or restitution obligation.
