Identify parties and versions

Keep the legal entities, agreements, amendments and relevant dates clear. A trading name may differ from the contracting entity. Preserve the documents rather than assuming the prime contract and subcontract impose identical responsibilities.

Document selection and oversight

Organize proposals, selection records, approvals and monitoring communications. Identify what the person actually reviewed or decided. Do not infer complete oversight from a title or assume that delegation resolves legal responsibility.

Connect work and payment sources

Index invoices, deliverables and payment history separately. Identify gaps and inconsistencies for counsel and qualified specialists. An invoice description is a claim about work, not independent verification that the work occurred.

Make boundaries visible

A preparation chronology should identify which facts came from the subcontractor and which the individual observed directly. SAG organizes the account without certifying contract compliance or deciding how one entity’s conduct should be attributed to another.

Sources and professional scope

Official starting points: DOJ Procurement Collusion Strike Force and DOJ procurement-collusion indicators. Counsel evaluates current authorities, the applicable guideline version and the individual facts. These resources do not decide the outcome of a particular case. Sources checked November 6, 2026.

SAG provides defined personal and professional preparation: a chronology, source index, factual review questions and practical calendar as agreed. Counsel controls legal advice, responses and submissions. SAG is not a law firm, forensic accounting provider or compliance certifier. An engagement does not automatically establish privilege.

Based in New Jersey, SAG serves clients nationwide, with travel arranged for cases. No charging decision, sentence, financial result, placement or release date is guaranteed.
